Half Million Dirhams from Al Gurg Charity to Al Siddiq Center

Dr Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg presented a donation cheque of AED 500,000 to a delegation from the Al Siddiq Center for their Holy Quran memorization programme. This is the seventh year that Al Gurg Charity Foundation has supported the Centre. The Centre’s delegation headed by Sheikh Abdulrahman Darwish Al Marzouqi, Chairman, recently visited the Charity Foundation's headquarters in Dubai and also met with Mohammed Farouk, Executive Manager of Al Gurg Charity. The   group included children from the Al Siddiq Centre who recited some verses of the Holy Quran and sang a few religious songs.

Dr  Raja Al Gurg provided some gifts to the children to encourage them, stressing that the Foundation is always keen to support Islamic centres and Quran memorisation centres based on the wishes and instructions of HE Easa Saleh Al Gurg, who has been keen on this support long before the establishment of his charity foundation. His Excellency wishes that generations of memorisers of the Holy Quran adhere to its tolerant meanings which are also characterised by moderation rather than extremism and exaggeration.
