Supporting the World Down syndrome Congress - Dubai 2021

Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation made a donation to the Emirates Down Syndrome Association to support the World Down Syndrome Congress, which was held virtually in Dubai on November 18-20, 2021, under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council.
The conference - the first of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa - hosted more than 1,200 experts, doctors, specialists, people with Down syndrome and their families, to discuss the most important and latest research and developments in areas related to Down syndrome, which include health, education, employment, social protection, community integration and others.
Al Gurg Charity always pays special attention to people of determination, in order to integrate them with society, activate their abilities and help them deal with people more comfortably. Helping this section of society is the responsibility of individuals and institutions. The need is to provide moral or material support, to help them integrate and feel a sense of familiarity and safety.
